To ensure the safety of all our members we would very much appreciate your support in complying with the following:- 1. Training sessions start at 2. Parents should be at the club to collect their child at the end of training (8pm in April/May & 8.30pm in June/July) These end times will be kept to as far as possible, although there will be occasions when sessions over run particularly as the season progresses. In the event of bad weather during a session please return to the club to collect your child. 3. In the event of a colt needing to leave before the end of training, the team coach should be advised accordingly, 4. Soft balls only may be played with before and after training, but these must be kept well away from the clubhouse. Cricket bats may only be used during training when a colt is with a coach; they are not permitted at any other time. No hard balls are allowed either before or after training. 5. All colts are expected to adhere to a proper dress code, white trousers, a white cricket or polo shirt, white/cricket sweater, white training shoes or cricket boots, club cap (either cricket or baseball version) if desired. A cricket helmet must be worn when batting or wicket keeping with a hard cricket ball. 6. Metal studs are not permitted in the cricket nets or in the clubhouse. 7. In the event of wet weather on training nights a decision on whether outdoor training will take place or not will be made at (for other clubs and Cricket Assoc) Site Map |
